I decided to get up and go in to work this morning for a few hours since Gina was sleeping in this morning and our children were coming to see us. Gina called me at 10 o’clock and told me our children were here so I said I would be right there. Once I got home we decided we would go to Sam’s and pick up some steaks to grill tonight. After we got back we didn’t do much except visit until about 4 o’clock when we started cooking and then we ate outside. It was a beautiful evening so we decided to lite a fire in our new fire pit and we sat around talking and enjoying the fire. Ashley & Parker called us from Grenada so we video chatted with them for about 45 minutes which was kinda of cool since they couldn’t be here. Gina had made a strawberry pie earlier and we all had a piece for desert. It was great as usual. She is a wonderful baker. Well around 9 o’clock Shane & Nicole left and went back to their hotel since he had to be at the soccer field at 8 o’clock for his tournament. Us and Thomas continued to sit outside and enjoyed the fire until about 10 o’clock then Gina went inside and started cleaning up from dinner then we all decided it was time to come inside and go to bed. We had a wonderful day with our children and look forward to tomorrow since we have never watched a soccer game. We’ll let you know how the game was so until then take care and we’ll see you down the road somewhere but in the mean time here are some pictures of last night around the fire.
